Job Description:
DET is the entry level position for supervisory cadre, they will be undergo 9 months training, first 3 months will be class room training at BHOPAL followed by 6 months training in Indore Plant.
After completion of training successfully, they will be deployed in different departments like Production, Maintenance and Quality depending upon their qualifications and performance.
These trainees will be provided opportunity for further enhancement of educational qualification based on performance and under company’s policies.
