The GET’s roles and responsibilities would depend on the specific assignment offered in FMI. FMI offers various roles in different departments like in Production, Assembly, Quality, Design & Engineering, etc.
A trainee is put through on the job training first equips him with the basic skills. After satisfactorily completion of One Year training the GET’s are absorbed as Engineer in different departments.
